Organizational psychologist with a lot of passion for the world of Human Resources.
Throughout my professional development I have worked in different areas of Human Resources. Such as:
Organizational Strategy & Culture
Org. Behavior (Leadership, internal communications, alignment)
Org. Development (Engagement, career development, high performance teams, org. structure, recruiting)
However, I like to be involved in much more than just the HR area. I like to understand and contribute to the business of the company.
Actualmente me encuentro como lider de area de people en SoyFocus, una startup/fintech de 50 empleados. Llevo alrededor de 2 años y medios.
Trabajo en tres ejes principalmente:
Esstudie en la Universidad del Desarrollo psicología (egrese con distinción). Luego realice un certficado en el HRIS de PHRI (profesional human resources international), el que me permite entrar en una mayor profundidad de todos los subsistemas de HR. Y, por ultimo, realice un master de Data Science & Machine Learning para poder centrarme y especializarme en people analytics.
