I am a Tech Recruiter passionate about the IT sector and human development. My goal is to help clients find the best candidates for their companies and candidates to choose their best future.
I currently work at K2 Partnering Solutions, a leading global consulting firm in IT talent solutions. There, I am in charge of the specialized search of IT profiles, focusing on technical skills, project functionality and job responsibility. In addition, I manage the relationship with candidates, negotiating terms and conditions and following up.
Previously, I worked as IT Recruitment Consultant at the board_ and ISG International Service Group, where I acquired knowledge of the Spanish and international market, and experience in the use of applicant tracking systems.
My academic background is also related to IT and Human Resources. I graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid with a degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Social Psychology. During the academic year 2021-2022, I was an exchange student at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where I studied Work Psychology. In addition, I have a C1 level certificate in English from the British Council and an A2 level certificate in Portuguese from Luso Língua.
My core competencies are recruiting, HR consulting, and interviewing. I consider myself a proactive, communicative, and results-oriented person. I am motivated by continuous learning, teamwork, and the positive impact I can generate in people and organizations.
