Strong need for permanent self-realization. From the direction of audiovisual processes to the coordination and training of processes and equipment.

I am interested in bringing my experience and knowledge to solve problems of inefficiency in internal team building processes, facing clients; teams with lack of motivation and leadership; companies in need of innovation and adaptation to digital media, and improvement of user experience, in a remote and digital environment 🌎
