During my experience as Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson, I've managed innovation projects and product launches for both pharmaceutical and mass market products in 11 countries in southern Europe.
I have coordinated cross-functional teams—Marketing, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain—to ensure execution aligned with global strategy and local objectives. I have also developed multichannel campaigns and specific materials for the pharmacy channel, working closely with medical and regulatory teams.
This experience has allowed me to consolidate a deep knowledge of the dermocosmetic and pharmaceutical markets as well as the mass market, as well as a strategic vision of product lifecycle management.
