A Manager with 20 years working with Large companies with responsibilities into Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Solution Design and Delivery departments.
I have experience managing huge team (+500), coordinating 24x7 follow the sun support on several multinational locations, I also have experience into strategical planning and budgeting, but I still have hands on abilities into the last technologies and technical methodologies.
● Desing the long-time global infrastructure strategy and develop and execute a strategy for the organization's cloud adoption (journey to cloud program)
● Responsibly to manage the budget for IT services, hardware, and software. define and implement a supplier strategy and optimize inventory management.
● Managing global vendors and outsourcing partners.
● Develop new Operational models to Promote and implement DevOps practices to enhance collaboration between development and operations teams.
● Develop and global Operational efficiency strategy through enabling the Automation office to consolidate and standardize all company initiatives though.
● Define new operational Architecture to support new DevOps/full automation practices
● Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage to control costs effectively and Implement cost tracking mechanisms.
