I'm Nessa, a Digital Strategy and Training Manager at Essential for Business, a leading online language training and marketing platform for professionals worldwide. With over 5 years of experience in project management, strategic communication, and networking in the international and EU arena, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to my current role.
My mission is to empower and inspire learners and clients across the globe, by integrating innovative e-learning approaches and digital teaching methodologies, such as prompt engineering, that enhance learning experiences and user engagement. I also lead a multicultural team of 80 linguistic trainers and coaches, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of online training and marketing programs. In addition, I leverage my background in diplomacy and international organizations, as well as my passion for human rights and youth empowerment, to foster synergies and partnerships with various stakeholders.
When I'm not working, I enjoy challenging myself as a CrossFit athlete and a stand-up comedian. Let's connect and exchange ideas on how to make learning and marketing more fun and effective!

Master's Degree in Diplomacy and International Organizations: CEI International Affairs Diplomatic School of Barcelona - University of Barcelona. This program focused on international relations.
Erasmus+ Programme: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, specializing in financial management, operations management, international accounting standards, and econometrics.
Bachelor's Degree in Law: University of Lleida, with a final grade of 8.69. Her thesis was on Transnational Companies as Subjects of International Public Law.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management: University of Lleida, final grade 8.63. Her thesis covered the same topic as in her Law degree.
