Noelle Reyes

I am Noelle, a Filipina based in Barcelona, Spain. I have just recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism provided by CETT: Barcelona School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Gastronomy and now seeking a job opportunity related to the tourism and hospitality industry.

I have done several internships in the hospitality sector, to be specific as a hotel front desk agent in which I learned how to manage reservations through a property management system called ACI. I also developed skills in dealing with clients' complaints and compliments physically and in online travel agencies. During my professional career, I gained a specialty in communication and teamwork skills.

After my internship, I decided to take a new road and find a job. I was selected to be an operations and reservations agent in a company that manages tourist apartments where I learned how tourist apartments are managed to be offered to tourists. All in all, I have learned things in the tourism and hospitality sector especially skills related to customer service and I want to work and learn more in the next years.

After four years of hard work and study, I can finally say that I have a degree in tourism. During the first years, I've learned the basic knowledge a hotel staff or travel agent should know. I specialized in tourism and travel management since I wanted to deepen my knowledge about dealing with clients, suppliers and teammates and I can finally say that I am ready to explore the world out there with the knowledge I got from my university and the practical opportunity they gave me.
