Oriol Julià

I am a Junior Software Engineer with a strong background in full stack development using Java, Springboot, and Thymeleaf. During my last year of university in Germany, I gained essential soft and hard skills that have prepared me for my future career. I achieved a 1.2 in my bachelor's thesis, demonstrating my dedication to academic excellence and my ability to tackle complex challenges. I have been working as a full stack developer since March and am now seeking new opportunities as a backend developer.

As a software engineer at CeitaSL, I have been working with Java 11 and Springboot components to develop multiple APIs since March of the present year. I have also used Selenium to create some of these APIs. In addition to development, I have been instrumental in improving the performance of key application components by redesigning their architecture. To further enhance the application, I created new backend components in Java and designed user-friendly interfaces using Thymeleaf and JavaScript. My ultimate goal is to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the application. To achieve this, I have conducted careful testing and optimization to ensure that the application is performing optimally.

I have a solid foundation in computer science and software engineering, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and the chance to create high-quality software thanks to my degree in software engineering from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, which was ranked first in Spain. However, my Erasmus in computer science from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences has prepared me for a job working in IT to establish competitive edge based on high levels of technical and to deliver strategic solutions in order to solve challenges on a daily basis.
