Hola, soy Rafael Gerotto Coelho y estoy emocionado de comenzar mi carrera en programación. Después de completar un intensivo bootcamp de Fullstack en Ironhack, donde acumulé más de 450 horas de formación, he desarrollado una sólida base en desarrollo web.

Hi, I'm Rafael Gerotto Coelho, and I'm excited to start my journey in programming. After completing an intensive Fullstack bootcamp at Ironhack, where I accumulated over 450 hours of training, I have built a solid foundation in web development.

During my time at the bootcamp, I worked on three significant projects:

After completing my bootcamp in programming, I had the opportunity to work for a small seasonal motorcycle rental company, where I developed a fullstack website.

In this project, I created an intuitive user interface that allows customers to make reservations through a calendar linked to a database containing all available motorcycles. The calendar automatically updates to mark dates as unavailable for motorcycles that already have bookings.

Once a customer decides to make a reservation, they are redirected to WhatsApp, where the process is completed easily and directly.

In the admin section of the site, I implemented features that allow staff to view active and upcoming reservations, as well as add or remove motorcycles and manage bookings efficiently.

This experience enabled me to apply my web development skills in a real-world environment, enhancing both my technical abilities and project management capabilities.

In 2023, I decided it was time for a career transition after spending four years working as a teleoperator and content moderator. With a background in graphic design, I aimed to merge my expertise in design with a new focus on web development.

I enrolled in a web development program at Ironhack, completing over 500 hours of study and project work. During this training, I gained valuable skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, Express, Mongoose, and SQL.

Throughout the bootcamp, I had the opportunity to develop three significant projects: one frontend, one backend, and a final fullstack project. This final project allowed me to apply all the knowledge I acquired during the bootcamp in a practical setting.
