I am a highly qualified senior scientist with nearly 20 years of experience in neurobiology and human myopathies at both cellular and molecular levels. Throughout my career, I have worked at two different academic research institutions. I am motivated, energetic, and passionate with experience working in both individual and team environments
During my postdoctoral formation all the way to the present time, I have been working for the Neurology department at Washington University in St. Louis (USA), focused on the study of inclusion body myopathies (IBM) also called LGMDs.
As for my professional background, I would like to mention that I obtained my PhD at University of Cantabria (Spain) focused on the study of two neuromuscular disorders.
