Sobre mí
Hey, I am Sanjay, a graduate of CAFD from UCAM Murcia. I am a certified Personal Trainer from the American council on Exercise (ACE), and Better Fitness For You (BFY). I specialize in Calisthenics (Bodyweight Training), weight training, sport specific training, and movement training. I offer a free first training session. By the way, I speak Spanish very basic, but I have trained clients before here in Spain.
Experiencia
I have worked for a year in 369 Fitmonks GYM IN India. I train a few people (calisthenics) at the park. I worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for UD Albatali (Campo Espinardo) for 4 months.
Educación
I graduated from Physical activity and Sports Sciences Bachelors from UCAM Murcia.
