Coordinate, manage, motivate and develop all the staff of the center.
Guarantee the correct operation of the R&D center efficiently and achieve objectives marked by the company.
Prepare, manage and control annual budgets.
Analyze costs, KPI's, OKR and presentation of annual results to top management.
Guarantee the amount of surface necessary to make the different planned annual tests.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement in all team members.
Promote occupational safety by complying with the regulations in PRL matter.
Promote the culture and values set by the company in all team members.

Handle, manage and plan seed production, harvest, seed preparation and shipment activities.
Team management and target achievement. Management and control of the established budget. Control of KPIs.
Leading and ensuring safety within the facilities.
Management of OPEX and CAPEX
Implementation of sector trends and best agronomic practices.
