STRATEGIC AREA: Analysis of the evolution and trends of the market and competitors; analysis and presentation of the strategic plan (Business plan) in collaboration with finance and marketing to define a target margin according to the company's KPIs; promote continuous improvement through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, to take advantage of opportunities, with the help of engineering, quality, design, etc.; review of prototypes in order to meet the objectives and search for savings opportunities; supervision of cost breakdowns by product and strategic analysis of suppliers in order to minimize risks and obtain savings.

• Margin improvements until 2022 we managed to improve the margins collection by collection. On average, we managed to improve it by 1 point of gross margin per year, due to the control of costs for referrals and changes of suppliers.
• Optimization of the packs, implementation of the chamfering of the packs, achieving savings of 120 thousand euros in only 9 SKUs and improving the margin by 2 points, without loss of visibility on the shelf.
• Annual trips to China to attract suppliers and product.
