Junior lawyer in the Corporate Law Department at Fourlaw Abogados S.L.P. (March 2021 - September 2022) where I elaborated and reviewed commercial, financial and real estate contracts; managed national and international companies, and prepared corporate agreements, minutes and company books; participated in national and international companies merger and acquisition operations, and prepared the different legal documents related to the processes (Due Diligence, corporate agreements, reports, NDAs, SPAs and SHAs); assisted and legal advice to natural and legal persons.

Junior lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration Department at J&A Garrigues, S.L.P. (June - December 2019) where I prepared different legal documents to national and international clients; prepared lawsuits, response and appeals in the area of civil and financial law; attended hearings and oral proceedings; drafted and reviewed commercial and civil contracts.
