My experience combines the managing and development of complex e-learning and digitalization projects with a teaching experience that spans over 17 years.

My working experience as well as my education provides me with a vast technical knowledge in e-learning technologies, electronic publishing, digitalisation and content management platforms (CMS, LMS, and different technologies such as Articulate Suite, etc.).

As you can see in the CV attached, my experience as Publishing Technology Manager for Reed Elsevier working in Amsterdam and Oxford, as well as my position as Online Projects Director for RBI Spain ensures my ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a timely fashion and keeping the budgets.

As Publishing Technology Manager for Elsevier I took responsibility for the data flow of the Scopus product (tool still widely used in the scientific and academic community).

My project management experience includes all the project cycle from taking functional and technical requirements to assigning task and budgets, following up on timelines, providing mockups…etc.

Furthermore, my teaching experience spans more than 15 years, 3 of them solely online, and my experience as student…well, that is even longer. I do believe is important to know both sides (student and teacher) in order to develop and assess good e-learning material.

I am Bh. Hons. In Education by the UPS (Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca).

Furthermore, I studied a M.A. in Publishing (specialisation in e-learning) at Oxford Brookes University (UK) and

I am native Spanish speaker, bilingual in English and fluent in Dutch.

I hold the Certificate of Proficiency (C2) in English Language by Cambridge University.
