Project Manager and Coordinator with over 10 years of experience in EU-funded programmes, stakeholder engagement, and international project management. I have managed the full lifecycle of Erasmus+, Europe for Citizens, and other publicly funded projects, from proposal development and contracting to implementation, financial oversight, and final reporting, ensuring full compliance with EU regulations and deadlines.
Experienced in coordinating multi-country partnerships, facilitating transnational meetings, and aligning stakeholders across sectors to deliver high-quality results. Strong background in administrative and budget management, event organization (conferences, workshops, assemblies), and dissemination activities in line with EU communication guidelines.
