My duties include supervising invoices and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance, managing cleaning service requests, and coordinating transfers for clients.
Additionally, I handle communication with suppliers and utility companies for activating and deactivating services, oversee key management, and organize documentation for clients. My role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide multilingual communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
