Lead developer (.Net, React)

We are currently looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our team in Finland.

You will work as part of our software development team, building applications that are central to our clients' core business, such as efficient digital distribution and service channels, information services, e-commerce platforms, and industrial internet applications. You'll support the technical and architectural design of applications and share your expertise within the team, assisting others with their technical challenges. You value code that is both human-readable and machine-efficient.

A successful Lead Software Developer combines deep technical expertise with strong people's leadership. In this role, human skills matter just as much as coding ability. You’ll guide and mentor developers with varying levels of experience, help them grow in their craft, and create a supportive environment where ideas can be shared openly.

You are able to translate complex topics into clear guidance, provide constructive feedback, and navigate challenges with empathy and calm. Above all, you inspire trust, foster collaboration, and bring the team together toward shared goals—ensuring that every developer has the direction, encouragement, and clarity needed to thrive.

What we expect from you

• Ability and willingness to be a lead and make our tech solutions and people to thrive
• You have a solid and proven experience from .NET environment - C# is just an every-day language to you and in the front-end e.g. React.js is just a normal library to work with
• Experience with cloud-native solutions, with a preference for Azure
• You have been working with Azure DevOps environments previously
• You have experience in SOAP/REST API or SAML 2.0
• Finnish citizenship
• Communication skills in Finnish and English

What we consider as a plus

• Proficiency in Terraform
• Previous experience in an operational role with client interaction
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

The successful candidate is expected to go through a security clearance.
