Senior Full Stack Developer

The company has grown into Finland's most used real estate software, with its platform already reaching customers across 20 countries. We're now looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to help us build the next generation of our platform and support our international growth.

Today, around 70% of Finnish real estate agents use Linear, and our platform is already in use across multiple European markets. As we continue expanding internationally, we're building new features, improving existing solutions, and adapting our platform to meet the needs of different markets.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine interest in building great products. Someone who enjoys solving complex problems, takes ownership of their work, and wants to have a real impact on a product used by thousands of professionals.

At Linear, you won't be jumping between short-term client projects. You'll be working on a long-term SaaS product, contributing to its development and helping shape how an entire industry works.

What you'll be working on

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll work across our modern JavaScript and TypeScript stack, developing features and solutions that directly impact our customers and support our international expansion.

Your responsibilities will include

• Designing, developing, and maintaining features across our SaaS platform using React, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Taking ownership of the features you build, from technical planning and implementation to continuous improvement.
• Solving complex technical challenges and contributing to architectural and technical decisions.
• Working independently while collaborating closely with our development team, including a dedicated Designer, QA testers, and a DevOps Lead.

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced developer who is comfortable working across the full stack and enjoys taking responsibility for the quality and long-term development of their work.

Our ideal candidate has:

• More than 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with NestJS and Prisma ORM.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• The ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and take ownership of technical solutions.
• A product-oriented mindset and an interest in building scalable, maintainable software.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with SaaS localization or building software for international markets.
• Finnish language skills.
