Responsibilities:

TCN closure:

• In collaboration with the TCN Leaders monitors the integration of changes into the documentation, Organizes the follow-up of implementation actions and the TCN closure and modificationon Configuration Control Boards (CCB) meetings.
• Review, check and prepare configuration status of CS2 Landing analysis – TCN status. Proposes and implements all actions, procedures and tools necessary to improve the efficiency of the process for closure. Prepare report for TD External meeting with client (NNB/EDF).
• Leading the development of all the configuration management tools by interfacing with TRACK IT/IMS coordinator and the IT development team.
• Organizing configuration reviews throughout the Configuration Items lifecycle (as designed, as procured, as manufactured, as installed, as commissioned) and consolidates configuration status into dedicated tools.

CID:

• Maintains and forces the project procedure on Configuration Identification Documents (CID)
• Piloting the redaction of the CID and mobilizing the technical leads to provide feedback in due time and complete the CID template (exhaustiveness and quality). Update the configuration management tools and CID tools in accordance with findings and conclusion from the CID works. Define with Design Integrators remaining key equipment’s Ex-Work where CID needed.

LDA Site Applicable Documents:

• Piloting and updating LDA Site Applicable Documents delivered by NNB. Collaboration with all parties and management according to issues.
• According to LDA works with Framatome community to consider best practices and update the standards, RS.
• Demonstrates commitment to Nuclear Safety, Quality and applies Group Policy.
• Organizes and delivers the corresponding configuration training to the project team members.
