Aside that, I have over two yes working experience in document control management. I worked as a document control officer with Fidelity bank Ghana limited, which is considered as one of the top 5 banks in Ghana.

•Managed document control processes using excel to ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility of critical documents.

•Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation standards to streamline data retrieval and improve operational efficiency

•Receive, catalog, scan, and create new files for security documents received from the credit department.

•Retrieve security documents for senior legal assistants (SLAs)

•Contributed to informed decision-making by identifying trends in document usage and data integrity with the help of excel.

•Analyse exploratory data to find patterns and trends within the data.

•Providing security document assistance to the Credit and Legal department.

•Using the ECM platform to store and retrieve scanned documents
