I am a 22 year old student studying tourism and hospitality management. A Restaurant worker with 3 years of experience. I have worked at davida cakes and treats sri lanka as a manager. i was able to train and look after the staff and kitchen and was able to make them one of the most popular restaurants in the town. Previously i worked as a chef baker at Lyon's café sri lanka for nearly 3 years. There i was able to create ingredients, look after the cleanliness of the restaurant and manage customer services.
While working at my previous company as a Baker I developed my expertise in Learning new ingredients and creating new ingredients. While growing these skills, I stood out due to my creativity and great customer service nature. I also completed a degree in Baking cakes and pastries at R.L Clement Baking academy, through which I successfully evolved into a Bakery professional.
My objective is to further apply these abilities as a responsible restaurant worker and a baker, while simultaneously learning new capabilities within the area of Hospitality field.
