Teaching has always felt like a calling rather than a career. As a native English-speaking educator, I’ve had the privilege of teaching learners from their very first words to those refining their skills well into adulthood — from 1.5 to 60 years old. Each stage brings a different rhythm, a different story, and I take pride in crafting lessons that match those journeys.
My teaching blends language with culture, ensuring learners not only speak but also understand and connect. With advanced degrees in Business, Education, certifications in Primary and Kindergarten Teaching, and a strong foundation in Business Management and School Administration, I bring both creativity and structure to my work. Whether leading as Deputy Principal or guiding a single learner in private sessions, I remain devoted to building learning environments that are inclusive, inspiring, and human at heart.
I collaborate with curators and research teams to develop museum exhibits that accurately and authentically showcase Kenyan culture. My role involves conducting in-depth research on Kenyan tribal traditions, advising on educational programmes, and contributing to exhibitions and events that promote cultural understanding and integrity.
As Project Manager, I oversee the school’s Cambridge certification process, coordinating directly with the Cambridge team, ensuring compliance, and preparing the school to become a certified Cambridge Examination and PDQ centre.
I led a primary classroom, managing full-cycle English instruction and daily operations. My responsibilities included creating lesson plans focused on academic growth and communication skills, fostering a supportive classroom culture, and maintaining strong collaboration with parents and staff.
Delivered engaging lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels, integrating digital tools and communicative methods. Focused on promoting confidence, fluency, and grammatical accuracy through interactive classroom experiences.
Designed creative, age-appropriate lessons for children and young learners. Emphasised immersive language learning through songs, stories, games, and cultural exposure, while maintaining strong communication with parents and supervisors.
Provided English instruction for early learners and young children, focusing on foundational vocabulary, pronunciation, and interactive learning techniques to build early language confidence.
Offer personalised one-to-one and small-group tutoring for students aged 5 to 60. I specialise in conversational English, business communication, academic writing, and exam preparation (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL). My sessions are tailored to each client’s linguistic and cultural needs, ensuring measurable progress and confidence in English fluency.
