Data Migration Specialist & Scrum Master –
AMS Migration Project (Payments Domain) NETS | November 2020 – Present In this hybrid role, I’ve participated in both the technical execution and agile delivery of the AMS Migration project, focused on migrating credit card data into the WAY4 platform for NETS customers. My work spans ETL development, data quality assurance, and Scrum leadership, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely data migration in a regulated payments environment.
Data Migration & ETL Responsibilities:
- Implemented ETL workflows using PL/SQL and DMS (Data Management Suite) to extract, transform, and load credit card data from legacy systems into WAY4
- Developed robust data transformation logic to handle cleansing, enrichment, and masking of sensitive financial data, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Built reusable components and enhanced reconciliation processes to reduce manual effort across migration cycles and ensure integrity between source and target systems, including pre- and post-migration checks.
- Supported Dress Rehearsal (DR) environments, preparing data snapshots and coordinating with different teams to get the environment ready.
- Managed WebGUI configuration and upgrades for migration servers, ensuring system performance and accessibility.
Scrum Master & Agile Delivery Responsibilities:
- Facilitated agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination to drive delivery.
- Managed dependencies, removed blockers, and aligned priorities with stakeholders.
- Delivered status reports and mentored team members through knowledge-sharing sessions.
