During the internship, I became familiar with the hotel's diverse operations. My main task was to learn front desk work. I learned how to interact with different customers, serve them according to their needs, and observe situations proactively so that I could offer assistance at the right time. I also assisted for one week in the housekeeping department and in the kitchen.
