Full stack devData Science & Data Engineering intern

We're looking for a Data Science & Data Engineering intern to work on the core of our product: a Python simulation engine and the data pipelines that feed it. You'll ship production code from your first weeks.

What you'll do

• Develop and test our Python simulation engine, which models drug pricing, market share and revenue over time
• Build validation and transformation pipelines that turn raw data into clean, reliable model inputs
• Write tests that guarantee the accuracy of our results, including regression tests across engine versions
• Analyze simulation outputs, investigate unexpected results and trace them back to their source
• Improve performance as models scale to thousands of scenarios
• Work closely with engineers and pharmaceutical market-access experts

What we're looking for

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
• Strong Python skills, especially pandas and NumPy
• Solid SQL fundamentals
• Rigor with numbers: you care that a result is correct, not just that the code runs
• Experience writing tests (e.g. pytest) and working with Git
• Clear communication and the ability to explain your reasoning

Nice to have

• Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or health economics
• Experience with Pydantic, FastAPI or other data-validation and API tools
• Exposure to simulation, optimization or operations research
• Familiarity with Docker, PostgreSQL or TypeScript
