Full Stack Java Developer

We’re Hiring: Full Stack Java Developer | French & English Speaking

📍 Location: Zone Industrielle, BP4, 90140 Bourogne, France.

💼 Experience: 3 years in SQL | 2 years in AWS

🌐 Language Requirements: French & English proficiency

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Full Stack Java Developer to support and enhance business applications for our France-based users while collaborating closely with teams in India.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong technical and functional knowledge of business applications.
• Support France-based end users by resolving application issues and managing support tickets.
• Enhance and maintain business applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with India-based technical teams and French-speaking business stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and application deployment activities, wherever applicable.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver business value.
• Participate in status meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder discussions.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• SQL: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL; PostgreSQL is preferred, but experience with other SQL databases is welcome.
• Java Full Stack Development: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Java technology stack, including full stack development.
• AWS: Minimum 2 years of experience hosting web applications on AWS and working with AWS services.
• Angular: Exposure to Angular UI development or a strong willingness to learn.
• Languages: Effective communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and processes quickly.
• Understanding of application functionality, technical architecture, and the business ecosystem being supported.
