Role Overview

We are looking for a

to join as a co-founder and lead the end-to-end development of software projects. You will be responsible for building both frontend and backend systems, ensuring performance, and shaping the technical direction of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications
• Build and maintain frontend and backend systems
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with clients and team members on requirements and delivery
• Establish development standards and workflows
• Contribute to system architecture and technical planning
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks
• Experience with databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Understanding of scalable software architecture
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment
