The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Global Digital Marketer / Client Success Manager to join our Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) team.
This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B digital marketing professional who enjoys owning client relationships, driving measurable performance, and acting as a trusted digital advisor to international accounts.
You will manage and grow a portfolio of global clients, from innovative startups to major industry leaders, ensuring the success and long-term retention of their digital marketing programs.
As a senior member of the team, you will:
Own end-to-end client relationships, working closely with marketing, communication, and business development teams
Act as a strategic digital advisor, providing actionable recommendations before, during, and after campaign execution
Drive campaign performance, using analytics, insights, and continuous optimization
Coordinate and lead campaign execution with internal production teams
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth, directly contributing to SpecialChem's success
Experience & Expertise
5-10+ years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing
Strong hands-on expertise across key digital levers:
Email marketing, inbound/outbound
Content marketing & copywriting
Webinars, display & banner campaigns
Social media & audience targeting
Campaign tracking, analytics & reporting
Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals (value proposition, demand creation & demand capture, content strategy, value chain)
Experience working with international clients
Background in chemicals, materials, or related industrial sectors is a strong plus
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, MBA, or equivalent experience
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term value
Structured, organized, and autonomous
Proactive, curious, and comfortable proposing new ideas
Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
