Job Overview The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) plays a key role in ensuring the success of our rapidly growing customer base. The IPM is responsible for pre go-live activities and implementations for our saas products. In this role, you are the key point of contact for our customers from the beginning to the end of the implementation project. As part of a Customer Success team, you are also responsible for client-related tasks and act as business analysts and liaisons for the Technical Services team and the Customer Success Managers. As an IPM, you become a trusted advisor and an industry expert in best practices, someone who clients trust to further improve their business processes. The IPM brings this success to life by ensuring a smooth deployment that follows industry practices to ensure effective adoption of Inpart’s software and ensuring that the customer has full buy-in on all the products and services they selected. Responsibilities

Create and project manage detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and risk mitigation plans.

Conduct on-site/online workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients to comprehensively understand and document their business processes and requirements.

Update and configure the Inpart platform based on the requirements gathered during workshops.

Ensure that the software implementation follows industry best practices and meets client specifications.

Define the most efficient strategy to onboard your clients by ensuring a short time to first value (TTFV) and ensure satisfaction at go-live.

Monitor the client experience through Inpart’s on-boarding process, removing roadblocks, and deploying Inpart resources where needed.

Develop a deep understanding of the Inpart software’s functionality and usage to provide technical direction and application support to clients.

Offer guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase to ensure effective adoption of the software.

Assist clients in understanding data-related aspects of the platform and ensuring accurate data integration and migration.

Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to define the post go-live strategy and ensure adoption of project’s business goals.

Work closely with Inpart’s Product Management team to develop new features that will improve Inpart solutions and enhance client satisfaction.

Work closely with the Sales team to get all the information needed, after a sale is finished, to implement the client with the best suited Inpart solutions.

Secure delivery of customer projects Qualifications

Master’s degree in sales/business administration or 3+ years of software implementation/project management work experience

Skilled at helping to effectively drive change across groups by engaging key stakeholders

Proficient in the function/usage of web-based software solutions

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and clean large data set using various tools and functions such as lookup, index-match, pivot table, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluent in English A passion and aptitude for technology and business transformation, related to the adoption of Enterprise-level B2B software solutions

Self-starter, passionate, and a team player, with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and timelines.

Willingness to travel (approx. 10% of work time)

Experience with XML is a plus
