● Conduct on-site operation and maintenance (O&M) operations in accordance with the requirements of the "Alibaba On-site O&M Operation SOP";

● Inspect the data center, promptly identify issues and report them to the data center supervisor;

● Continuously summarize and update on-site O&M experience, organize it, and submit it to the data center team leader;

● Complete other IDC O&M tasks with high quality and efficiency as required by the Alibaba project team;

● Respond to all types of newly received tickets and emergencies in accordance with the requirements of the SLA;

● Be able to quickly respond and arrive at the site for support in the event of sudden emergencies as required by the Alibaba project team;

● Be responsible for the 5*8 / 7*24-hour rotation duty in the data center, and strictly abide by all on-site specifications and procedures.
