Process Development Intern

We are looking for a Process Development Intern excited to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative phage manufacturing processes.

As a Process Development & Scale-Up Intern, you will help transfer phage production processes from the laboratory to manufacturing, working closely with our Lab Operations and Production teams. Your main objective will be to support the development and scale-up of phage production processes up to 10 L.

You will work on hands-on projects involving process optimization, scale-up, experimental design, and data analysis, gaining practical experience in bioprocess development within a fast-paced biotechnology environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform microbiology techniques and phage manipulation

• Screen phage production conditions in shake flasks and small-scale bioreactors

• Monitor and optimize production processes of one or several bacteriophages

• Scale up phage production to 10 L pilot-scale bioreactors

• Record and analyze experimental data

• Support the day-to-day activities of the laboratory
