Required

8 years of software development experience

Strong expertise in Python, Mistral Doc Processing and validation, Accuracy computation

Experience of building and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions leveraging LLM APIs, AI SDKs, agent frameworks (LangGraph, ADK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain), and enterprise integrations.

Experience of designing intelligent agent workflows with memory management, RAG, tool calling, prompt orchestration, and context engineering to deliver reliable and scalable AI applications.

Experience of implementing Responsible AI and quality practices, including AI evaluations (Evals), guardrails, safety controls, observability and monitoring using platforms such as LangFuse, ensuring performance, governance, and compliance.

Experience of accelerating development using AI-native engineering tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and related coding assistants to improve developer productivity and solution quality.
