We are seeking a
Software Architect to take a strategic and structuring role as the technical guiding thread for our growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels at designing scalable, secure, and future‑proof systems in a high‑stakes healthcare environment, focusing on pragmatic delivery over unnecessary complexity.

Your missions As Software Architect, your core mission will be to provide the technical and strategic guidance required to scale our engineering organization.
You will
Architectural Strategy
Propose relevant architectural solutions that optimally align technology, product/business strategy, and team needs.
Influence & Coordination:
Act as the
"guiding thread"
across the company. You will collaborate closely with the
5 Tech Leads and their squads to align and coordinate major technical decisions.
Scale-up Management:
Handle the challenges of scale‑up , architectural alignment, and managing the transformation
(from legacy to target state).
Technical Expertise
Bring a new, sharp layer of expertise to the team, ensuring the consistency and performance of our microservices architecture.
Standards & Culture:
Define and evolve engineering standards (Software Craftsmanship), and maintain an active and relevant technological watch .
At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.
The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

Cloud Infrastructure
AWS
(or solid GCP experience).
Architecture
Microservices , with strong experience in
Event‑Driven patterns
(e.g.,
RabbitMQ ; Kafka experience is a plus).
Primary Languages/Frameworks
TypeScript
(Node.js, NestJS for Backend is preferred).
Front‑end (Nice‑to‑have)
Angular.
Containers & Orchestration:
Docker, Kubernetes.
CI/CD
GitLab CI.
Observability
Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
Your Profile and Mindset Experience Profile
Seniority & Structuring Experience:
Sufficiently senior to have significant experience in structuring modern, distributed architectures within high‑growth/scale‑up organizations. We prioritize experience leading the growth of cloud‑native platforms over expertise isolated to very specific, monolithic, or single‑product frameworks.
Sector Experience (Bonus)
Experience in regulated environments is a strong asset (Healthtech/Medtech, Fintech).
Education
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of professional software development experience, including
3+ years in an Architect or technical leadership role on complex distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Accountability
Own the design and evolution of Implicity’s platform architecture, ensuring scalability , maintainability, and robustness.
Strategic & Technical Alignment (Trade-offs):
Define and defend architectural choices by balancing
Tech vs. Business/Product trade‑offs.
Security & Compliance by Design:
Define and enforce architectural standards for data privacy, security (GDPR/HIPAA or similar), and regulatory compliance.
Mentorship & Enablement:
Support engineers and Tech Leads in solving complex technical challenges and developing their architectural thinking.
