About The Role We’re looking for experienced Ruby Software Engineers to help design, build, and evaluate real-world software systems used in data-driven and AI-supported workflows. This role focuses on writing clean, maintainable Ruby code and reasoning about production-grade backend systems. Review, analyze, and improve existing codebases for correctness, performance, and maintainability.
Help create, validate, and refine technical datasets by evaluating realistic software engineering scenarios.
Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and engineers to support AI training and evaluation efforts. Who You Are 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Ruby and backend development concepts.
Comfortable working with production codebases, APIs, and data-driven systems.
