My role here as a farm manager was to monitor and maintain the staff and the livestock, working on sales having a deadline (FMCF), negotiating and purchasing supplies, preparing budgets and reports, maintaining professional networks, last but not the least, ensuring to maximize the profit of the company

My role here as a part time e-learning lecturer was to deliver the agricultural knowledge to the students. which was to deliver it through a video clip and later on play the video clip in front of the students. which gave the ability in taking up various types of challenges, completing given projects on time and exploring new kind of ways in delivering messages in an understandable manner.
