Adam is a French-Algerian Associate (Avocat à la Cour) at de Gaulle Fleurance (Paris). His practice focuses on commercial and investment arbitration as well as complex international disputes. He represents companies in international arbitration proceedings under the rules of major arbitration centers (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, LCIA, ICSID, SCC or Court of Arbitration for Sport) and in annulment proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining de Gaulle Fleurance, Adam Malek trained with arbitration teams of major American and British law firms in Paris and abroad. He has also assisted arbitrators in a Parisian arbitration boutique where he developed a wider practice in alternative dispute resolution methods.
Adam Malek is involved in different projects related to international arbitration such as Young ICCA, the Arb Talk, Young CIArb and, the French Club de l’arbitrage, where he acts as Board Member. He also worked as a researcher for the Task Force on Tech Disputes, Tech Companies & International Arbitration of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center.
Adam Malek also holds the certificate of Athletes Representative (Mandataire Sportif) awarded by EDHEC Business School and assists athletes in various areas of sport and e-sport, both in counselling and dispute resolution.
Adam Malek also serves as Lecturer at Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University, where he teaches Private Judicial Law (civil procedure and alternative dispute resolution methods) for Pr.
