I have over 12 year experience in both private and commercial aviation. I am easily approachable by my colleagues and passengers, though I remain at all time professional both in the outlooks and in the attitude. I am punctual, have good grooming, I'm always a team player but know how to work alone and at my own initiative. I am comfortable in every situation thrown at me from a normal working day to when the unexpected happens such as emergency situations

I have excellent knowledge of Airbus Bombardier and Boeing aircrafts but I am eager and willing to learn, as quickly as possible, about other aircrafts. I am fluent in both English and French. I speak some Arabic / Italian and I am also open to learning new languages if need be.

I furthermore fully understand the responsibilities involved in the position and the importance, considering the passengers, of top-notch customer service and privacy.

Throughout my career I have always worked in customer service, travel, tourism, target reaching and safety and security. I have worked from being part of a team to team manager to trainer. I have also worked as a sole VVIP flight attendant. I have experience on many different aircraft’s and as a fast learner eager to learn more.

I have completed my A levels (baccalaureate). I am a fully trained cabin manager. I have completed first aid, dangerous good and security courses. I have also undertaken silver service training and British butler training.
