Optical Engineer - Valeo Vision - Bobigny
(2024-02)
Permanent contract
- Optical lead in two projects with Volvo and Audi to design head lamps with a new technology: Active Films (liquid crystal film that shifts from a transparent state to an opaque state taking into account the specificities given by the artistic direction in terms of color while respecting automotive standards and especially ensuring safety for the car user)
- Mercedes: design of a non-imaging optics for a central panel, series of laboratory tests to ensure the quality of the final product's condition with optimization axes. Working in a multidisciplinary team to solve the problem of already designed systems with tight deadlines and a major issue on revenue.
- Quality tests in optical laboratory for various measurements: BTDF, diffusion, transmission, haze measurement, measurements with type B and C goniometers, integral sphere, chromatic coordinate measurement, luminance...
