As the Chief Information Officer at ADVEO, I lead the strategic and operational management of the IT department, ensuring the alignment of IT solutions with the business objectives and the delivery of high-quality services and support. I have been in this role since April 2023, following a successful career as an IT COO, a Business Support and Transformation Director, and a Management Consultant, spanning over 20 years of experience in various industries and countries.
My core competencies include process improvement, business analysis, contract negotiation, SAP S/4 HANA, IT operational services, IT operations delivery, IT support, ITIL, ServiceNow, AWS, SAP ECC, ANAPLAN, organization efficiency, digitalization, and business support. I have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, optimizing business processes, enhancing IT performance, and driving innovation and transformation. For example, at UPSA, I negotiated and finalized a large contract on IT operational services and investments, rebuilt and consolidated the SAP platform on AWS and AZURE, and enabled the business support on process activation.
At Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, I increased the integration of the business processes based on SAP products, oversaw the SAP upgrade governance and operational delivery, and led the organization efficiency and digitalization initiatives.
I hold an MBA in Marketing and Organization, a SAP R/3 Finance and Controlling Consultant certification from Siemens Nixdorf, and a Marketing Certified diploma from NIMA Institute Amsterdam. I am a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English, French, and German. I am passionate about leveraging IT as a strategic asset and a catalyst for business growth and transformation.
