As an IT Development Manager at an international corporate with 8 sub companies in the EU and Africa, I deliver transformative initiatives that ensure strategic alignment and enhance sustainable business growth. I am responsible for all software applications, including ERP and intranet solutions, and I communicate the benefits, risks, and vision of the company's IT strategy. I also coordinate releases between IT and other departments, and reduce OPEX and CAPEX costs.

I have a National Diploma in Computer Engineering from the University of Sfax, and I am certified as a PMI-PBA and an Odoo ERP functional consultant for versions 12 and 14. I have 7+ years of strong experience in ERP, both as a developer and a business analyst, working with clients such as Wavestone, iRaiser, and CASTALIE. I have expertise in planning, designing, managing, monitoring, and optimizing complex systems, using the Scrum agile method and the Python programming language.

I also have experience in SAP ERP, including S4HANA, Ariba, and Hybris. My highest priority is to satisfy customers, both internal and external, through early and continuous delivery of valuable IT solutions.
