Project Manager with a focus on operational procurement and project delivery, I have been involved since 2024 in works and professional services projects within technical and regulated environments. My role is to coordinate projects by linking operational needs, contractual requirements and budget constraints, working closely with on-site teams. Used to collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and key suppliers, I am now looking to further develop this project‑driven and performance‑oriented approach through a VIE assignment.
Project Buyer – Real Estate & Construction Projects (2024 – Present)
Managed tender processes for real estate and construction projects, with a total budget of approximately €6.7M
Delivered projects subject to public procurement regulations, including: construction of a 2,000 m² storage warehouse; refurbishment of buildings in nuclear plant environments (TCE); securing industrial sites; procurement of modular buildings
Developed project schedules and identified critical paths
Coordinated all stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle: internal clients, engineering, external consultants and subcontractors
Led project meetings and acted as the main interface for stakeholders
Organized site visits prior to tendering: access coordination, briefing of bidders and collection of on-site constraints

Performed detailed technical and financial bid analysis, assessing supplier offers (Vinci, Eiffage, Spie Batignolles, etc.) with a strong focus on pricing accuracy and scope of services
Conducted and managed negotiation phases, achieving cost optimizations of up to 13% on certain work packages
Co-developed technical and contractual documents (CCTP, CCAP) with internal clients and engineering teams, ensuring clarity and continuous improvement
Proposed alternative sourcing strategies, including direct negotiations with suppliers (Dalkia, Enedis, Framatome, Cougnaud, etc.) in situations of budget gaps or low competition
Designed lotting and packaging strategies (splitting or grouping into macro-packages) to improve supplier attractiveness, cost control and schedule reliability

Managed logistics flows and inventory, including receipt, quality control and delivery compliance with purchase orders, with real-time stock level monitoring
