À propos
I am a French, degree-educated Nanny/Governess with 15 years of experience supporting children aged three to sixteen years old within private households and educational environments across the UK, France, Switzerland and Italy. I have extensive experience working for HNW and UHNW families in demanding 24-hour rota, daily and live-in positions, including sole charge, shared care and significant proxy-parenting responsibility. I am education-focused, proactive and highly organised, and I enjoy taking responsibility for every aspect of a child's day-to-day life.
Alongside providing a warm and nurturing environment, I support children academically, reinforce school learning, identify areas requiring additional attention and liaise closely with schools, tutors and coaches. My background as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor has given me additional experience supporting children with SEN and learning difficulties, while my French background allows me to introduce children naturally to both the French language and culture. I am comfortable working within fully staffed households and demanding family schedules and have extensive experience travelling, proxy parenting and adapting quickly when plans change.
I take a practical, hands-on approach and am happy to manage everything from education, school communication and extracurricular schedules to packing, travel, appointments and children's belongings. I am creative by nature and particularly enjoy incorporating art, culture, reading, cooking and educational outings into children's lives. I am now looking for a long-term position with a family where I can bring my experience, initiative and strong work ethic to the role and make a genuine contribution to the children's education and confidence.
