I'm working at Amac Aerospace since 7 years as team leader management support and now I will take a new step in my career to discover new working methods, new domain and & people. I'm looking for executive assistant/project coordinator.
7 years experience as Team leader management support, I'm working under 4 senior managers and 1 director.
I'm in charge of divers administrative tasks, project follow-up, meeting organization, calendar management, travel organization, expenses sheet review and I'm dispatching tasks in my team. I'm also in charge of customer request and follow up.
