I am an experienced HR Business Partner with over 5 years of progressive experience in human resources. I excel in managing global projects and handling day-to-day HR responsibilities. My expertise includes continuous improvement in talent retention, legal compliance, workforce planning, and managing employee relations with worker councils in France.
I have successfully led restructuring and cost-reduction initiatives while optimizing productivity and employee satisfaction across several countries, including France, Italy, and Spain.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from CESI, where I developed in-depth skills in talent management and HR strategies. Prior to that, I earned a Master’s Degree in French Labor Law from Law University, which provided me with a solid foundation in labor legislation and industrial relations. I also completed a Bachelor’s Degree in French Law, which reinforced my fundamental knowledge of law and prepared me for advanced studies.
