Throughout my work experience I have developed abilities in project management in agile environments, product management, market research and I have also recognized the importance of a customer centric approach and working with cross-disciplinary teams. Some of my responsibilities have included:

• Designing, testing and improving risk management consulting services. These services reached more than 10.000 SMEs and increased revenue by more than 7%. 
• Product ownership of a risk management platform, this included assessing and prioritizing customer needs. The developed platform enabled access to trends, analytics and consolidated information for better decision making to our internal team and our customers. This platform improved customer satisfaction and allowed customer to make better informed decisions.
• Secured project budget through stakeholder management. Delivering tailor-made communications to each stakeholder and particularly to sponsors and end-users was key to obtaining the continuous support for different projects during 4 consecutive years.
