Responsible for the launch of a new B2B service:

• Follow-up of the project design (customer need, communication, creation of the CRM, prospecting plan, Customer success plan).

-Led cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes. (workshop, brainstorming...)
