Emma Richardson

Hi! I'm Emma, and I currently work in the sports industry for the Edmonton Oilers where I work in Events, and the Edmonton Riverhawks Baseball Club where I'm a Fan Experience Coordinator and Box Office Manager.

I'm retired NCAA Division 1 soccer player, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Education with a specialization in sport management and pre-law, with a minor in marketing. Outside of work, I am a fitness and outdoor enthusiast! In my free time, I love to hang out with my 3 dogs, and craft blankets and art.

My current role is with Edmonton Riverhawks Baseball, in the West Coast League, where I am a Fan Experience Coordinator and game day Box Office Manager. This role involves extensive communication with fans via email, and in person on game days, along with game day set up and managing employees.

I also currently am employed with the Oilers Entertainment Group, where I worked on the Events Team for the last year. In this role, I worked Oilers and Oil Kings Games, along with Ice District events.

On my resume you will also notice my customer service and coaching experience. These were roles that also taught me effective communication, and tailoring to other's needs. I currently hold grassroots level licensing with Canada Soccer and hope to increase my level of certifications while in Europe.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education with a specialization in sport management and pre-law, with a minor in marketing in 2025.

I've been extensively trained in the ATMS online ticketing software system, as this is where I work from daily.
