• Checking & approving all Process Engineering Delivery Documents: simulation, PID, PFD, UFD, cause & effect, ESD, PSD, Equipment sizing, hydraulic, Control valves, PSV, BDV calculations.
• Participate to the 3D Model, HAZOP, HAZID, PID review, QRA, SIL/ LOPA.
• Preparing Operation manuals and training for Field operators

• Preparing Flow assurance simulation & providing report & analysis for start-up clean-up & performance evaluation of the new wells.
• Al-Shaheen Flow Assurance Studies. Transient, multiphase fluid modeling to assess thermal and hydraulic transients during production rate changes, turndown, startup, shutdown, and blow-down, flowline and riser slugging, cool- down, and warm-up.
• Identify, propose & implement actions for slugging wells to improve production.
• Providing Dynamic simulation for topside facilities.
• Mentoring of well performance engineers on flow assurance
