A passionate multidisciplinary engineer in the implementation of PLM systems and complex product designs, with a solid background of working closely with local or international companies, I had the chance to enjoy constructive collaborations in design and consulting in industrial contexts whilst managing to bring most recent technologies into play.

I am flattered that my problem-solving passion and business orientation brought a new project in my current employer worth nearly 10% of their actual annual turnover for a period of 8 years.

My current innovative product development approach has drastically decreased the initial investment cost at Techno-Elec whilst introducing higher qualities and the possibility to file several patents.

As the only dedicated engineer, along with the close help of my knowledgeable manager and manufacturing guidelines of the partners, I managed to develop a SIL4 product within 2 years. This project is estimated to double the turnover of Techo-Elec.

Senior Research And Development Engineer - Design Engineer

• Advanced product design, from concept to SOP, for SIL4 products on design-to-cost basis.
• Design validation through optimized numerical simulations (Mechanical, Electromagnetic, and advanced Motion Studies).
• Coordinate, build and analyze prototypes and samples to improve and validate design intents.
• Drafting 2D plans based on GD&T rules, preparing technical documents, specifications and FMEA analysis up to concept approval.
• Industrializing the product via a close relationship with partners and sub-contractors.
• Project management with the perspective of on-time and in-budget.
• Train and communicate with internal assemblers and operators of the manufacturing and assembly procedures.
